Non-returnable items
Due to the custom nature of our products, all items are made specifically for each order. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you select the correct sizes and specifications before placing your order. For assistance, you can check our size guides or contact our team for further support before purchasing. 

Faulty Items 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email (info@conquerteamwear.com) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Faulty items must be returned to us within 30 days.
